When a client needed a base level training for its current, newly promoted, and newly hired managers, Reagan created a five-hour manager program that covered Communication, Teaching vs. Telling, Delegation, and Accountability – including recognizing high performance and redirecting low performance with effective feedback. This course also includes “lighting ideas” concepts that were customized for the modern age of leading a diverse, multi-generational and hybrid/remote work environment. The course received strong marks from leaders of all tenure because of it best-in-class frameworks and hands on application.
How to be a great supervisor in the modern age:
A client wanted a program that would help women leaders ascend in the company. Reagan created a cohort-based program covering topics such as Impactful Communication, Overcoming common derailing beliefs, Strategic networking for women, and the Challenges for women in giving feedback & how to do it right. The program contained elements including in-person sessions, virtual learning, 1 x 1 coaching, and prework/surveys. Sections of this training can be packaged for shorter training segments both in-person or virtually.
